Membership Agreement

As a member of the Alliance, you are part of a community dedicated to supporting and enhancing the business environment in the Mansfield area. This Membership Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your membership.

  1. Membership Commitment:

    By joining the Alliance, you agree to adhere to the standards and practices set forth by the Alliance, including our Code of Ethics and Bylaws. You commit to conducting business in a manner that reflects positively on the Alliance and its members.

  2. Membership Fees and Renewal:

    Membership fees are due annually and are non-refundable. The fee structure is subject to change, but members will be notified in advance of any changes. Membership renewal is not automatic and requires a renewal application and fee payment each year.

  3. Use of Alliance Resources:

    As a member, you will have access to various resources provided by the Alliance, including networking opportunities, educational events, and promotional platforms. These resources are to be used in a manner that benefits the broader membership and respects the rights and reputations of fellow members.

  4. Participation:

    Active participation in Alliance events and initiatives is encouraged. Your engagement contributes to the strength and effectiveness of the Alliance in supporting local businesses.

  5. Non-Transferability of Membership:

    Membership in the Alliance is individual and non-transferable. Any change in the primary member requires notification to and approval by the Alliance.

  6. Compliance with Laws:

    Members shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in the conduct of their business.

  7. Termination of Membership:

    Membership may be terminated by the Alliance for non-payment of dues, non-compliance with this Membership Agreement, or actions that are detrimental to the aims and reputation of the Alliance.

  8. Dispute Resolution:

    Any disputes arising from this Membership Agreement or membership in the Alliance shall be addressed through the processes outlined in the Bylaws of the Alliance.

By submitting an application for membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
